摘 要: | 目的观察微创颅内血肿清除术联合丹参注射液治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效。方法将95例高血压性脑出血行微创颅内血肿清除术患者随机分为2组。对照组47例术后给予脱水、降颅压和抗感染等基础治疗,治疗组48例在对照组治疗基础上配合静脉滴注丹参注射液治疗。治疗15d后观察2组治疗前后格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)变化及临床疗效。结果2组治疗后GCS评分均升高(P〈0.01),且治疗组升高优于对照组(P〈0.01)。治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率68.09%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论微创颅内血肿清除术联合丹参注射液治疗高血压性脑出血疗效确切。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of micro - invasive surgical therapy for intracranial hemato ma combined with Danshen injection on hypertensive intra cerebral haemorrhage. Methods 95 hypertensive intra cerebral haemorrhage patients with micro - invasive surgical therapy for intracranial hematoma were randomly divided into two groups. 47 cases in control group received postoperative dehydration, reducing the intracranial pressure and anti - infection and other basic treatment. 48 cases in treatment group received Danshen intravenous injection treat ment on the basis of control group treatment. The GCS change and effect were observed after 15 days of treatment. Re sults GCS after treatment was increased in two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the increase in treatment group was superior to that in control group( P 〈 0.01 ). The total effective rate in treatment group( 87.50% )was higher than that in con trol group(68.09% ,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The micro- invasive surgical therapy for intracranial hematoma com bined with Danshen injection has definite effect on hypertensive intra cerebral haemorrhage. |
