肾脏纤维化与间充质转分化

摘    要:肾小管上皮间充质转分化(EMT)在肾脏纤维化进程中发挥着重要作用。新近研究表明,内皮细胞和足细胞也可发生间充质转分化,导致肾小球硬化以及蛋白尿。多种信号转导途径参与调节EMT,其中转化生长因子β(TGF-β)/Smad信号通路发挥核心作用。阻断TGF-β/Smad等信号通路,或应用内源性抗纤维化蛋白可抑制EMT,减轻肾脏纤维化。

Abstract:Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)plays an important role in the process of kidney fibrosis.Recent studies indicate that endothelial cells and glomerular podocytes may also undergo transition,leading to glomerular sclerosis and proteinuria.Several intracellular signal transduction pathways involve in regulating EMT,and transforming growth factor beta(TGF-β)/Smad signaling pathway plays a control role.Blocking up TGF-β/Smad signaling pathways or use of endogenous antifibrotic protein can inhibit EMT and reduce renal fibrosis.
