摘    要:目的探讨土党参多糖(CJP)对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响。方法把KM小鼠分为给药组和空白组,建立小鼠亚硝酸钠所致缺氧、常压缺氧以及缺血缺氧再灌注模型,观察小鼠在缺氧条件下存活时间以及常压缺氧条件下小鼠耗氧量,检测小鼠缺血缺氧再灌注后血红蛋白及红细胞含量变化。结果 CJP低、中、高3个剂量组与空白组比较,存活时间在亚硝酸钠所致缺氧条件下,分别延长了17.48%,21.22%,30.70%;常压缺氧条件下分别延长了4.63%、10.36%、17.87%;3个剂量组小鼠单位时间耗氧量比空白组明显降低(P<0.05);缺血缺氧再灌注后给药组血红蛋白及其红细胞含量增加。结论土党参多糖能够提高小鼠耐缺氧的能力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of the polysaccharides from Campanumoea javanica B1(CJP) on hypoxia tolerance in mice.Methods KM mice were divided into CJP and control groups,the models of hypoxia caused by sodium nitrite,normobaric hypoxia and hypoxia-ischemia reperfusion in mice were established.The survival time in anoxic conditions,oxygen consumption under hypoxic conditions and the change of hemoglobin and red blood cell content after hypoxia-ischemia reperfusion in mice were detected.Results Compared with control group,the survival time of low,middle,high doses of CJP were extended 17.48%,21.22% and 30.70% respectively under hypoxia conditions caused by sodium nitrite.They were extended 4.63 %,10.36 % and 17.87 % respectively under normobaric hypoxia condition.The oxygen consumption of CJP groups was reduced obviously than that of control group(P<0.05).The content of hemoglobin and red blood cell of CJP groups were improved after cerebral reperfusion injury.Conclusions CJP can improve the ability of hypoxia tolerance in mice.
