| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆神经肽Y（NPY）、抵抗素水平与糖脂代谢的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定不同糖耐量人群2型糖尿病24例（T2DM组）,糖耐量受损22例（IGT组）,正常健康人20例（对照组）]血浆NPY、抵抗素水平,并与血糖、血脂指标进行相关性分析。结果T2DM组、IGT组NPY、抵抗素水平明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;肥胖者血浆抵抗素水平高于非肥胖者（P〈0.05）,血浆NPY两者间无显著差异;NPY与TC呈正相关（r=0.32,P〈0.05）,与其他指标无相关性;抵抗素与FPG、FINS、腰围、Homa-IR呈正相关（r分别为0.58、0.43、0.54、0.46,P均〈0.01）,与BMI、TC、TG无相关性;抵抗素与FFA呈强相关性（r=0.56,P〈0.01）;血浆NPY与抵抗素之间无相关性。结论NPY与脂代谢和T2DM的发生有一定关系,抵抗素与肥胖和糖脂代谢紊乱有关。
