| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多靶点射频热凝修复术一次性治疗椎间盘突出症的临床实用性和术中热凝靶点定位,以提高疗效及减少并发症。方法400例椎间盘突出症患者接受了多靶点射频热凝治疗。根据临床表现及MRI或/和CT片确定射频热凝的靶点位置和热凝周期,同时设计术中患者体位和穿刺途径。结果400例中优364例(91.0%),良20例(5.0%),可8例(2.0%),差8例(2.0%),优良率96.0%,有效率98.0%。未出现并发症及死亡病例。结论多靶点射频热凝修复术是治疗椎间盘突出症一种安全、微创、优良率高的治疗方法。
