犬同种异体原位肝移植15次手术体会

探讨犬原位肝移植的手术技术及严重循环生理紊乱的处理方法。方法：用１５只杂种犬进行同种异 体原位肝移植。术中采用全麻及静脉-静脉转流技术，在受体无肝前期及新肝期补给相当于１／２和１／４血容量的胶体 液。结果：术中受体犬循环生理紊乱均得到纠正；术中死亡６只，存活９只。结论：肝移植术中的严重循环生理紊 乱，可以经静脉－静脉转流及适量输血补液进行纠正；在静脉－静脉转流情况下进行原位肝移植是一安全的方法。

Experimental study on allograft orthotopic liver transplantatio n in 15 dogs

Aim:To investigate the operative procedures of orthotopic liver transplantation and the methods of treating severe circulatory disturbance in the course of operation.Methods:Allograft ofthotopic liver transplantations were performed in 15 dogs. Under general anesthesia and veno-venous bypass from inferior vena cave and portal systems to superior vena cave used during the period of operation.Before anhepatic phase and at the end of anhepatic phase,colloidal solution were used whose volume are equal to 1/2 and 1/4blood volume of the recipients.Results:Circulatory disturbanses were treated effectively in all of the recipients except operative technical reasons.6recipients died and 9 were alive.Conclusion:During orthotopic liver transplantation,circulative disturbance could be corrected by blood transfusion and veno-venous bypass;orthotopic liver transplantation showed a safe operative procedure with the support of veno-venous bypass
