| 摘 要： | 小关节病变曾被认为是引发非特异性腰痛的主要原因。“小关节综合征”的概念由来已久。但近年来越来越多的事实表明 ,无法找出任何一组临床特征能够从人群中鉴别出“小关节综合征”。小关节性腰痛是存在的 ,而“小关节综合征”并不存在 ,它不能作为一个确定的临床诊断。

| Abstract: | Facet lesions had been deemed as a main cause of low back pain. And the concept of "facet syndrome" had long been accepted. However, more and more evidence showed that there were no clinical features by which "facet syndrome" could be identified among patients with nonspecific low back pain. Conclusively, the facetogenic low back pain exists, but the "facet syndrome" does not. It cannot be thought of as a definite clinical entity. |
