摘    要:在23份离体兔心窦房标本上观察了细胞外钙离子(Ca~(2 )]_0)对窦房结起搏细胞动作电位的影响,发现随Ca~(2 )]_0的增加,优势起搏细胞的动作电位幅度(APA)、最大舒张期电位(MDP)、0相最大余极速率(MRD)降低,舒张期余极速率(RDD)增高,起始电位(TP)上移,4相向0相的过渡更加圆滑,动作电位时程(APD)延长。而潜在起搏细胞的APA、MDP、MRD增高,RDD降低,TP下移,APD缩短。上述结果提示,窦房结内不同类型起搏细胞对Ca~(2 )的反应存在差异。

Abstract:The effects of calcium on differenttypes of the pacemaker cells were inves-tigated in 23 isolated rabbit sinus nodalpreperations by the microelectrode tech-nique. A rise in the concentration ofcalcium in porfusion fluid caussd in thedominant pacemaker cells: decreases ofamplitude of action potential (APA),maximum diastolic potential (MDP) andmaximum rate of depolarization (MRD);increase of the rate of diastolic depola-rization (RDD); upward shift of take-offpotential (TP); and lengthening of actionpotential duration (APD). However, theaction potential of the latent pacemakercells showed: increases of APA, MDPand MRD; decrease of RDD, downward-shift of TP; and shortening of APD.These results suggest that there was adifferent response to calcium in bothtypes of the pacemaker cells.
