| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨了中药方剂四物汤水煎液对永久性局部脑缺血损伤的保护作用.方法 通过颈内动脉放入二氧化钛球于大脑中动脉制造永久性局部脑缺血模型.在制备永久性局部脑缺血模型前2,4 h,分别以四物汤灌胃250 mg/(kg·ml).TTC染色,用图象分析系统确定梗塞面积.结果 口服四物汤明显减少大脑的梗塞面积.结论 传统中药四物汤水煎液具有抗脑缺血损伤作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of water extract of Shiwutang (SWT) on neuronal death in permanent focal brain ischemia.Methods Three cerebrol macrospheres were injected into the internal carotid artery after ligation of the external carotid artery to induce permanent focal brain ischemic injury.SWT was given orally 2 h before and 4 h after induction of permanent focal brain ischemic injury.24th after permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion,TTC (2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride) staining was conducted to show train infarction region.Results Treatment with SWT significantly reduced infarction volume.Conclusion Water extract of SWT provides neuroprotection against ischemic injury. |
