| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨阴茎皮肤大面积缺损手术治疗的方法及经验。方法 2例阴茎皮肤大面积缺损患者采用带蒂皮瓣手术二期修复治疗。结果 术后皮瓣存活，外观可、尿道外口修复至正常阴茎头位置，术后并发症少。结论 处理阴茎大面积皮肤缺损时用带蒂皮瓣修复成功率高，修复后外观及功能较为满意。

| Abstract: | Objectives To introduce and evaluate the methods and experience of two-stage repair surgery using pedicleflap for the treatment of penile skin defection. Methods Two patients who suffered penile skin defection had been underwentthe operation of pedicle flap repair. Results After the operation, the flap survived and the penis had comparative normalappearance with the external urethral orifice locating in the glans. Less post-operative complications occurred. ConclusionUsing pedicle flap to repair the penile skin defection in large area leads to encouraged outcomes of flaps survival and acceptablepenile appearance and function. |
