保神汤合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床研究

目的：观察中药保神汤合氟西汀对抑郁症患者的症候及安全性指标等方面的影响,全面、客观地评价保神汤合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性,比较中西医结合与单纯西药在治疗抑郁症方面的疗效,为治疗抑郁症提供新的思路。方法：采用临床随机同期对照试验的方法,应用计算机统计软件进行统计学分析。结果：保神汤加氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性优于单纯西药氟西汀治疗抑郁症。讨论：中西医结合治疗,加快了药物的起效时间,降低了药物的毒副作用,两者相辅相成,取长补短,从而增加了疗效。为抑郁症的治疗开辟了一条新路。
