三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡临床观察

目的观察三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性十二指肠溃疡（DU）的临床疗效。方法 60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素联合治疗;对照组仅给予奥美拉唑治疗,2组疗程均为7d,观察2组临床疗效及Hp转阴率。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%高于对照组的76.7%,溃疡愈合总有效率为96.7%高于对照组的80.0%,Hp转阴率为86.7%高于对照组的43.3%,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05和P〈0.01）。结论三联疗法治疗DU疗效显著,不良反应轻微,是治疗DU的理想方案。

Clinical observation of triple therapy for helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer

Objective To observe clinical effect of triple therapy for helicobacter pylori（Hp） positive duodenal ulcer（DU）.Methods 60 patients with Hp positive DU were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 of each.The treatment group was treated with omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin combination therapy;while control group received omeprazole only.The course of two groups was 7d Observed two groups＇ clinical efficacy and Hp negative rate.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3% higher than 76.7% of control group;ulcer healing rate was 96.7% higher than 80.0% of control group;Hp negative rate was 86.7% higher than 43.3% of control group,The differences were all statistically significant（P 0.05 and P 0.01）.Conclusion The efficacy of triple therapy for DU is significant,The adverse reactions were mild,and it is a ideal solution for the treatment of DU.
