铝碳酸镁联合伊托必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效观察

目的探讨铝碳酸镁联合伊托必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法 100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规抑酸、保护胃黏膜等对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用铝碳酸镁和伊托必利治疗。观察2组的临床疗效及复发情况。结果治疗组有效率为88.0%高于对照组的70.0%,治疗组3个月、6个月、1年的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论伊托必利联合铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效显著,复发率低,安全方便,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of hydrotalcid combined with itopride in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis

Objective To explore the efficacy of hydrotalcid combined with itopride in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 of each.The control group received rutine symptomatic treatment,while the treatment group basing on this received hydrotalcid combined with itopride.Observed two groups＇ efficacy and relapse situation.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.0% higher than 70.0% of the control group.The relapse rate of three months,six months,one year of the treatment group were lower than the control group respectively.All the differences above were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Treating bile reflux gastritis with hydrotalcid combined with itopride has significant efficacy and low relapse rate,which is also safe and convenient,so it is worth of clinical popularizing.
