经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术术后谵妄的临床分析

目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术术后谵妄的相关因素及处理措施,提高对此类患者发生术后谵妄的处理水平。方法选取因良性前列腺增生（BPH）行经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术患者212例,对其发生谵妄的患者进行相关因素分析。结果 212例患者中发生术后谵妄11例,全部为75岁以上的高龄患者,主要表现为知觉障碍、记忆力减退、定向力减弱等。结论经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术术后谵妄的主要原因为高龄、患者认识及感觉能力损害等,加强术前、术中及术后的管理是预防及治疗该并发症的关键。

The clincal analysis on deliration after TUPKVP

Objective To investigate related factors of deliration after TUPKVP and method of treatment,in order to raise the level of treatment in these patients.Methods 212 cases patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）were given TUPKVP,analyzed related factors of patients with deliration.Results 11 cases patients occurred postoperative deliration,all were elderly patients,mainly for the perceived problems,memory loss,orientation less and so on.Conclusion The main reasons of postoperative deliration were elderly,knowledge and ability in patients with damage to sensory.The key of preventing and treating the complications was to strengthening of preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative management.
