恒康正清和甘露醇口服用于肠道清洁的疗效比较

目的观察恒康正清（复方聚乙二醇电解质散）用于肠道清洁的效果。方法 60例需做结肠镜检查诊断和治疗的患者随机分为A组和B组各30例,A组给予口服恒康正清,B组给予口服甘露醇,比较2组肠道清洁度、排便次数、患者的依从性及不良反应情况。结果 A组肠道清洁率为93.3%高于对照组的83.3%（P〈0.05）;A组排便次数〉6次的发生率为13.3%低于B组的33.3%（P〈0.05）;A组患者完全依从率为76.7%高于对照组的33.3%（P〈0.05）;A组不良反应发生率为20.0%低于对照组的40.0%（P〈0.05）。结论恒康正清是一种安全、快捷、方便、肠道清洁效果好的理想口服药物,值得临床推广应用。

Effect comparison of oral Hengkangzhenqing and manitol to clean the intestinal tract

Objective To observe the effect of Hengkangzhengqing on bowel preparation before colonoscopy.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into A group and B group,30 of each.A group was given Hengkangzhengqing po,while B group received Mannitol po.Compared clearliness of intestinal tract,defection times,compliance rate and adverse reaction.The clearliness rate of intestinal tract of A group was 93.3% higher than 83.3% of B group（P 0.05） ;The incidence rate of defection times more than 6 of A group was 13.3% lower than 33.3% of B group（P 0.05） ;The complete compliance of A group was 76.7% higher than 33.3% of B group（P 0.05） ;The adverse reaction of A group was 20.0% lower than 40.0% of B group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Hengkangzhengqing is an ideal oral penicillin to clean intestinal tract,which is safe,quick-respond and convenient,and it＇s worth to be spread.
