左卡尼丁和疏血通治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床观察

目的观察左卡尼丁和疏血通治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效。方法 98例非透析治疗的轻、中度慢性肾功能不全患者被随机分成3组,静脉输入左卡尼丁和疏血通为A组,分别静脉输入左卡尼丁（B组）和疏血通（C组）为另2组。比较治疗2周后3组血肌酐、尿素氮、超敏C-反应蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿蛋白的变化。结果治疗2周后3组治疗前后比较血肌酐、尿素氮、超敏C-反应蛋白、尿微量白蛋白下降（P〈0.05）,其中A组下降更为明显（P〈0.01）;A、B组超敏C-反应蛋白治疗后均下降（P〈0.05）,与C组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;A、C组尿微量白蛋白治疗后均下降（P〈0.05）,与B组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。3组治疗前后比较24h尿蛋白定量变化不大,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论左卡尼丁和疏血通对慢性肾功能不全均有治疗作用,联合使用效果更佳。

The clinical observation of L-carnionc and Shuxuetong in chronic renal failure

Objective To observe the clinical effects of L-carnionc and Shuxuetong in chronic renal failure.Methods 98 cases patients with non-dialysis treatment of mild,moderate chronic renal insufficiency were randomly divided into 3 groups,A group were given L-carnionc and Shuxuetong,respectively L-carnionc infusion（B group） and Shuxuetong（C group） as the other 2 groups.After 2 weeks,compared treatment serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,high sensitive C-reactive protein,urine albumin,urine protein changes of 3 groups.Results 3 groups After 2 weeks treatment,before and after treatment serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,high sensitive C-reactive protein,urinary albumin of 3 groups decreased（P 0.05）,in which A group decreased more significantly（P 0.01）;After treatment,ultra-sensitive C-reactive protein of A,B group decreased（P 0.05）,compared with the C group,the difference had a statistically significant（P 0.05）;After treatment,urinary albumin decreased（P 0.05）,compared with B group,the difference was significantly（P 0.05） .Before and after treatment,24h urinary protein of 3 groups changed little,the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05） .Conclusion L-carnionc and Shuxuetong in chronic renal failure have therapeutic effect.
