甲泼尼龙治疗重症哮喘的疗效分析

目的探讨甲泼尼龙治疗重症哮喘的临床效果。方法对30例重症哮喘患者的临床资料进行分析,并评估甲泼尼龙的治疗效果。结果治疗后患者临床症状在4～10h内明显缓解,肺部体征在2～4h内明显缓解,哮鸣音在3～10d内消失。pH值8～36h恢复正常,氧分压（PaO2）3～8d恢复正常,二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）7～24h恢复正常。显效28例,好转1例,死亡1例,总有效率为96.67%。结论重症哮喘病情危重,而甲泼尼龙能有效缓解患者的病情,改善患者的预后,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of methylprednisolone in treating grave asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of methylprednisolone in treating grave asthma.Method The clinical data of 30 cases with grave asthma were summarized,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results The clinical symptoms were released in 4～10 hours after treatment,the bellows signs were released in 2～4 hours after treatment,and the wheezing sound were disappeared in 3～10 days after treatment.The data of pH put back in 8～36 hours,the level of PaO2 put back in 3～8 days after treatment and the level of PCO2 put back in 7～24 hours.There were 28 cases with excellence effect,1 cases with getting better and 1 cases with death,the total effective rate was 96.67%.Conclusion The pathogenetic condition of grave asthma is danger and severe,but the methylprednisolone can release it effectively,so it is worth being used widly.
