硝酸甘油联合小剂量多巴胺治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心功能衰竭的临床观察

目的观察硝酸甘油联合小剂量多巴胺治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择慢性肺源性心脏病心功能衰竭的住院患者88例,随机分为治疗组45例和对照组43例。所有患者均给予常规控制感染、氧疗、解痉平喘、利尿、纠正电解质紊乱等治疗。治疗组给予硝酸甘油联合小剂量多巴胺治疗;对照组加用甲磺酸酚妥拉明治疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%高于对照组的65.1%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论硝酸甘油联合小剂量多巴胺治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心功能衰竭有较好的疗效,且未发生明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

The observation of nitroglycerin combined with low dose dopamine for treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease in patients with cardiac failure

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nitroglycerin combined with low-dose dopamine treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease in patients with cardiac failure.Methods Select 88 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease cardiac failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in which the treatment group and control group 43 cases.All the patients were treated with routine infection control,oxygen therapy,antispasmodic asthma,diuresis,correct electrolyte imbalance and other treatment.The treatment group with nitroglycerin combined with low-dose dopamine treatment;The control group was added phentolamine mesylate treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy between these two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.6% higher than 65.1% of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Nitroglycerin combined with low-dose dopamine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease heart failure has a good effect and have not been significant adverse reactions,worthy of promotion in clinical.
