米索前列醇在剖宫产术后无痛人工流产术的应用研究

目的观察米索前列醇在剖宫产术后无痛人工流产术应用效果。方法 70例自愿接受人工流产术的剖宫产术后〉1年早孕妇女随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组单纯给予异丙酚行无痛人工流产,观察组在对照组基础上于术前2h从阴道后穹窿置入米索前列醇600μg。观察2组手术时间、术中出血量、扩张宫颈效果、异丙酚用量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组异丙酚用量、术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;宫颈扩张总有效率为94.3%高于对照组的60.0%,人工流产综合征发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论米索前列醇用于剖宫产术后无痛人工流产术安全、有效。

Application study of misoprostol in painless artificial abortion after cesarean section

Objective To observe the clinical effect of misoprostol in painless artificial abortion after cesarean section.Methods 70 cases of early pregnancy women with voluntary of accepting artificial abortion after cesarean section were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases of each.The control group was given propofol in artificial abortion,while the observation group on the basis of the control group was squeezed misoprostol 600μg inside posterior fornix.Observed two groups′ operation time,blood loss,cervical dilation effect,propofol dose and the incidence situation of compication.Results Propofol dosage and blood loss of the observation group were less than those of the control group,while the operation time was shorter than that of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of cervical dilatation of the observation group was 94.3% higher than 60.0% of the control group,while the abortion syndrome incidence rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Misoprostol used for painless artificial abortion after cesarean section is safe and effective.
