宁泌泰联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效观察

目的探讨宁泌素联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎（CNP）的临床效果。方法将CNP患者90例随机分为A、B、C3组,每组30例。A组单纯给予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释（哈乐）胶囊治疗,B组给予宁泌泰胶囊治疗,C组给予宁泌泰胶囊联合哈乐治疗,观察比较3组的治疗效果。结果 C组总有效率明显高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;B组总有效率与A组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗后C组白细胞计数和慢性前列腺炎症状评分（NIH-CPSI）明显少于A、B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;B组白细胞计数和NIH-CPSI临床症状评分明显少于A组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后C组卵磷脂小体（＋＋＋＋）者明显多于A、B组,B组卵磷脂小体（＋＋＋＋）者明显多于A组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论哈乐胶囊联合宁泌泰胶囊治疗CNP疗效优于两者单纯用药。

Clinical analysis on ningmitai capsule combined with harnal capsule in treating chronic non-acterial prostatitis

Objective To investigate the effect of ningmitai capsule combined with harnal capsule in treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.Methods 90 cases with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis were divided into the A,B and C group.The A group received the treatment of harnal capsule,the B group received the treatment of ningmitai capsule,and the C group received the treatment of ningmitai capsule combined with harnal capsule.Observe and compared the clinical effect of these three groups.Results The total rate in C group were higher than those in A group and the B group,and there were significant difference in them respectively（P0.05）.the total rate in B group were same to those in A group,and there were no significant difference in them respectively.The white blood cell count in C group were fewer than those in A group and the B group,the white blood cell count in B group were fewer than those in A group,and there were significant difference in them respectively（P0.05）.The cases with lecithin lipophore（＋＋＋＋） in C group were more than those in A and B group,the cases with lecithin lipophore（＋＋＋＋） in B group were more than those in A group,and there were significant difference in them respectively（P0.05）.The scores of NIH-CPSI in C group were fewer than those in A and B group,the scores of NIH-CPSI in B group were fewer than those in A group,and there were significant difference in them respectively（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of ningmitai capsule combined with harnal capsule in treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis is superior to that of single drug.
