桂哌齐特联合奥扎格雷治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效观察

目的观察桂哌齐特联合奥扎格雷治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效和安全性。方法将临床诊断的椎-基底动脉供血不足患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例给予奥扎格雷联合桂哌齐特注射液治疗;对照组30例仅用丹参注射液治疗。治疗效果按患者症状、体征变化来判断疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后血液流变学水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论奥扎格雷联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足患者疗效较好,安全性好。

The effect observation of cinepazide maleate combined with ozagrel in vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of cinepazide maleate combined with ozagrel in vertebralbasilar artery insufficiency.Methods Sixty cases patients with vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases） .The treatment group was allocated ozagrel combined with cinepazide maleate.And control group was only allocated Danshen injection.The erapeutic effect was evaluated by symptoms,changed signs.Results The total effective rate of treatment group（93.3% ） was higher than that in control group（70.0% ）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05） .After treatment,blood rheology was lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）;With the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05） .No significant adverse reactions happened.Conclusion Ozagrel combined with cinepazide maleate is a effective and safe therapy for the vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency patients.
