| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对口服阿司匹林（ASA）所致胃肠黏膜损伤的影响。方法 200例患者随机分为对照组和干预组各100例,对照组按常规用药宣传教育,不进行护理干预;干预组实施护理干预措施。观察2组服药后胃肠道症状发生率。结果干预组胃肠道症状发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论实施护理干预措施能明显减轻口服ASA对胃肠道黏膜的损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention to gastric mucosal damage caused by oral aspirin（ASA）.Methods 200 cases were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,100 cases of each.The control group received traditional medication education,without nursing intervention,while the intervention group received nursing intervention.Observed 2 groups′ incidence rate of gastrointestinal symptoms after administration.Results The incidence rate of gastrointestinal symptoms of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Giving nursing intervention can significantly reduce the gastric mucosal damage of ASA. |
