腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术护理研究

目的观察腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术的临床效果,探讨护理措施。方法 72例腹股沟斜疝患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组采用常规开放手术,观察组采用腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术,并给予相应的护理措施。观察2组手术时间、术中出血、术后并发症、住院时间及住院费用。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率为22.2%高于对照组的2.8%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随访1个月～2年,观察组无1例复发,对照组复发3例（8.3%）,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术疗效确切,结合合理的护理措施,可缩短疗程。

Nursing research of indirect inguinal hernia treated with laparoscopic high ligation in child cases

Objective To observe the effect of indirect inguinal hernia treated with laparoscopic high ligation in child cases,and explore the nursing measures.Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases of each.The control was given conventional open sugery,while the observation group was given laparoscopic high ligation,as well as corresponding nursing measures.Observed 2 groups＇ operation time,blood loss during operation,complication after operation,length of hospital stay and hospital cost.Results The operation time and length of hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than those of the control group,and the blood loss during operation was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complication after operation was 22.2% higher than 2.8% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Followed up for 1 month～2 years,no case（0） in the observation group had a recurrence,while 3 cases（8.3%） recurred in the control group,but the difference was of no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Treating indirect inguinal hernia with laparoscopic high ligation in child cases has exact efficacy,and combining with rational nursing measures can shorten the course of treatment.
