米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤37例疗效观察

目的观察米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法 37例患者给予米非司酮口服,3个月为1个疗程,观察治疗效果。结果 2个疗程后肌瘤明显缩小30例,总有效率为81.1%;肌瘤无明显缩小或改变7例占8.9%。服药后子宫和肌瘤的平均体积均较服药前明显缩小;服药后血红蛋白为（88.2±21.8）g/L高于服药前的（61.7±11.5）g/L,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论米非司酮对子宫肌瘤有一定效果,丰富了保守治疗方法,是一种更为经济,更有前途的药物方法。

Clinical effect observation of mifepristone in treating 37 cases with hysteromyoma

Objective To observed the efficacy of mifepristone in treating hysteromyoma.Methods 37 cases were given mifepristone.Took 3 months as a course of treatment.Observed the efficacy.Results After 2 courses,the myomas of 30 cases had obviously contracted,and the total effective rate was 81.1%.The myomas of 7 cases had not obviously contracted or changed,which took a percent of 8.9%.After treatment,the mean volume of uterus had remarkablely contracted,so did the mean volume of myoma;The HGB was（88.2±21.8）g/L higher than（61.7±11.5）g/L of before treatment.All the differences above were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone has a certain effect on hysteromyoma,which enrichs the conservative treatment method.It is a more economical and promising drug.
