高压氧对高血压脑出血术后患者神经功能康复的影响

目的观察高压氧对高血压脑出血患者术后神经功能康复的影响。方法 52例高血压脑出血术后患者随机分治疗组和对照组,各26例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予高压氧治疗,疗程30d。观察2组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分与水肿面积变化情况,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为84.6%高于对照组的65.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组治疗后神经功能缺损评分和水肿面积均降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且治疗组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论高压氧治疗高血压脑出血术后患者能明显降低其术后病死率和病残率,提高了患者生存质量。

Influence on recovery of neurological function of hyperbaric oxygen for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery

Objective To observe influence on recovery of neurological function of hyperbaric oxygen for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery.Methods 52 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,26 cases of each.The control group received conventional therapy,the treatment group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group,the course was 30d.Observed two groups of neurological deficit score and the edema size change before and after treatment,and compared clinical effect.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（84.6% ） was higher than that of control group（65.4% ）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05） .Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the neurological deficit score and the edema size reduced,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）,and the improvements in treatment group were better than control group,the differences was statistically significant（P 0.05） .Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery can significantly reduce the postoperative mortality and morbidity,improve patient quality of life.
