糖尿病大鼠血管偶联因子6的表达及其改善主动脉内皮渗透性的作用

目的探讨偶联因子6（CF6）在2型糖尿病中的变化及其意义。方法链脲佐菌素（STZ）复制2型糖尿病模型,Western blot检测动脉组织CF6表达,并通过Evansblue方法检测CF6对血管渗透性影响。结果模型组心率（HR）及收缩压（SBP）与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;模型组空腹血糖（FBG）、血清总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）及体质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01和P〈0.05）。干预组和糖尿病组高于对照组,且干预组高于糖尿病组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。糖尿病组及干预组的CF6表达高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;糖尿病组与干预组CF6表达比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 CF6在糖尿病血管组织大量表达可能对血管渗透性调节起重要作用。

Expression of CF6 in rat of type 2 diabete and its function on improving aortic permeability

Obiective To explore changes and meaning of CF6 in type 2 diabete.Methods Duplicate type 2 diabetic model by STZ,detected the CF6 expression in arterial tissue,and detected the influence of CF6 to vessel permeability by Evans Blue method.Results Compared with the control group,HR and SBP of the model group had no statistical differences（P〉0.05）.FBG,TC,TG,LDL and body weight of the model group were higher than those of the control group respectively（P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）.Talking about content of Evans Blue in peritoneal fluid,interventianal group and diabetic group were higher than the control group,the interventianal group was higher than the diabetic group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.CF6 expression of the interventianal group was higher than that of the control group,so was the diabetic group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,but there was no statistical difference between CF6 expressions of the interventianal group and diabetic group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The massive expression of CF6 in diabetic vascular tissue may have important function on adjusting vessel permeability.
