| 摘 要： | 目的观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）配合围手术期护理治疗胆囊疾病的临床疗效。方法 113例患者分为观察组63例和对照组50例。对照组行传统胆囊切除术（OC）,并给予常规护理;观察组行LC,并在对照组常规护理基础上给予围手术期护理。观察2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为79.4%高于对照组的64.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 LC配合围手术期护理治疗胆囊疾病疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） combined with perioperative nursing care.Methods 113 cases were divided into observation group of 63 and control group of 50.The control group received open cholecystectomy（OC） and traditional nursing care,while the observation group received LC and perioperative nursing care.Observed 2 groups＇ clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 79.4% higher than 64.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically signigicant（P0.05）.Conclusion Treating gallbladder disease with LC combined with perioperative nursing care has signigicant efficacy,and it is worth clinical popularizing and application. |
