住院患者合理用药调查分析

目的了解住院患者药物应用情况,促进药物的合理使用,为医院临床药学发展提供参考。方法选取2009年该院10个主要临床科室,随机等间距抽取各科室每月20份住院患者病历,进行药物应用分析。结果 2400份住院病历中,发现不合理用药病历248份（10.3%）,共317处不合理用药,其中抗菌药物不合理应用273处（86.1%）,主要表现在药物应用方法不合理、药物选择不合理和药物应用时间不合理。结论该院住院患者用药基本合理,但抗菌药物的应用仍有待进一步改善。

Investigation and analysis of rational drug use in inpatient

Objective To facilitate rational drug use and hospital clinical pharmacy development by investigating inpatient medical records in our hospital.Methods 2400 inpatient medical records in 2009 were randomly selected at equal interval such as 20 per month for a statistical analysis in respect of rationality of the drug use from 10 major clinical departments.Results 248 inpatient medical records were showed for irrationality of drug use,in 10.3%.In a total of 317 improper use of medicines,unreasonable application of antibiotics was 273（86.1%）,and included mainly unreasonable methods of drug application,irrational choice of drug and unreasonable time of drug application.Conclusion The drug use in inpatient medical records is rational on the whole,but the utilization of antibiotics remains to be improved.
