摘    要:目的探讨临床路径对社区老年高血压患者健康教育效果的影响。方法 112例患者随机分为对照组52例和观察组60例,对照组采取传统方法进行健康教育,观察组按照临床路径由专职人员进行健康教育和心理咨询指导,观察2组健康教育效果。结果观察组对疾病知识知晓率、认知态度或不良行为改变、对社区卫生服务工作的满意度高于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论应用临床路径对社区老年高血压患者进行健康教育管理,能使患者掌握健康教育知识,提高治疗依从性和对社区卫生服务工作的满意度,改善患者的情绪障碍,促进和维持身体健康。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pathways on the health education for community elderly hypertension patients.Methods 112 cases were randomly divided into control group(52 cases) and observation group(60 cases).The control group was under the traditional community health education,and the observation group according to clinical pathways was under the full time staff of health education and psychological counseling.Observed the effects of health education.Results The knowledge rate of disease,changes of cognitive attitude and bad behavior,satisfaction degree with community service work of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,while the SAS and SDS score were lower.All the differences were statistically significant(P 0.01).Conclusion The using of clinical pathways to supply health education for community elderly hypertension patients can let the patients acquire more knowledge of health education,improve the treatment compliance and service satisfaction,make emotional disorders better and maintain good health.
