徐州市丰县中小学生肠道寄生虫感染情况调查

目的了解丰县中小学生肠道寄生虫感染情况。方法随机抽取丰县10所中小学学校,按《全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则》调查中小学生肠道寄生虫感染情况。并对检出肠道寄生虫者给予阿苯达唑片（史克肠虫清）进行集体驱虫干预,3个月后复查。结果共调查中小学5130人,总感染率为13.02%,共检出肠道寄生虫13种,给予集体驱虫干预后,总感染率降为4.89%,同时检出肠道寄生虫12种,较干预前减少1种。干预前后总感染率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预后各种肠道寄生虫感染率均显著下降。结论有效的集体驱虫干预是降低人群肠道寄生虫感染率的重要方法。

Investigation of the situation of intestinal parasites infections in primary and middle school student of fengxian in xuzhou

Objective To know the infection situation of intestinal parasites.Methods Randomly selected 10 primary and middle schools in fengxian,according to the 《National distribution of the implementation details of human parasites》 survey the situation of intestinal parasites in primary school students.And detection of intestinal parasites were given albendazole tablets（zentel）for deworming intervention and reviewed after 3 months.Results Total 5130 peoples were investigation and the prevalence rate was 13.02%,and 13 species of parasites were found.The prevanlence rate was 4.89%.After mass chemotherapy,and 12 species parasites were foud.The total infection rate before and after intervention,the difference was significant（P0.05）.The rate of parasites infection decreased significantly.Conclusion Effective mass chemotherapy is an improtant method to decrease the rate of intestinal parasites infection.
