利巴韦林、乙酰谷酰胺和纳洛酮联合治疗流行性乙型脑炎97例临床观察

目的观察利巴韦林、乙酰谷酰胺、纳洛酮联合治疗流行性乙型脑炎（乙脑）的临床疗效。方法乙脑患儿97例随机分为治疗组（n=48）和对照组（n=49）。对照组采用常规综合治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用利巴韦林、乙酰谷酰胺静脉滴注,疗程7～10d,平均6.2d;纳洛酮0.01～0.03mg/kg静脉滴注,平均用药3次。比较2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.8%高于对照组的75.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组在缓解症状、减少后遗症与病死率方面优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且未发现有明显的不良反应。结论利巴韦林、乙酰谷酰胺、纳洛酮联合治疗流行性乙型脑炎可以提高治愈好转率和患儿生存质量。

Clinical observation on combined treatment of ribavirin,aceglutamide and naloxone with epidemic type B encephalitis:on 97 cases report

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of combined treatment of ribavirin,aceglutamide and naloxone on epidemic type B encephalitis.Methods 97 suffering children were divided into treatment group（n=48）and control group（n=49）randomly.Two groups were treated with normally integrated treatment,treatment group were treated with ribavirin,acetyl glutamine intravenous infusion 7~10d,an average of 6.2d;Naloxone 0.01~0.03mg/kg intravenous drip,the average medication 3 times.Comparative efficacy of 2 groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.8% in treatment group were higher than 75.5% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The treatment group was better than the latter in symptom alleviation,sequelae and mortality rate reduction（P0.01）,moreover,there was no significantly abnormal response.Conclusion The combined treatment of ribavirin,aceglutamide and naloxone on epidemic type B encephalitis can increase the rate of curing and improve the survival quality of suffering children.
