| 摘 要： | 目的：分析抗高血压药物的应用情况及变化趋势，为临床抗高血压类药物的合理使用提供参考。方法：调查我院2006～2007年抗高血压类药物的发药量和发生金额，采用药品用药频度（DDDs）排序分析方法计算药品DDDs和日用药金额。结果：2006～2007半我院抗高血压药用药平稳上升。结论：我院目前抗高血压药的DDDs同步性较好，用药现状基本符合我国当前药品消耗总趋势，采购合理，疗效确切，深受临床医生和患者欢迎。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital and to provide references for rational drug utilization of antihypertensive drugs. METHODS： The consumption quantity and consumption sum of antihypertensives between 2006 and 2007 were investigated in terms of DDDs and daily consumption sum. RESULTS： The consumption of antihypertensives in the hospital during 2006 - 2007 showed a steady increase. CONCLUSION ： The DDDs of antihypertensive drugs showed a good synchronism and the use of which were in line the general trend of drug consumption in China. They are welcomed by clinical doctors and patients for reasonable purchase and confirmed curative. |
