文职护士的管理与培训

目的：适应军队体制改革，加强对文职护士的管理和培训，提高文职护士的综合素质，提升医院护理工作质量。方法：实行准军事化管理、行政管理实行责任制、建立文职护士技术档案、实行护理工作质量学分制管理、针对薄弱环节对文职护士进行专题培训等方法进行管理和培训，并为其发展搭建平台，以促进其综合素质提高。结果：患者对护理工作满意率有明显提高，患者提名为最满意的护士78名，其中文职护士46名，2007年度实习生推荐53名护士为优秀带教老师，其中文职护士50名，5名文职护士发表论文6篇。结论：加强文职护士管理和培训，促使医院护理队伍稳定，护理工作质量得到提升。

Administration and Training for Nurses Employed by the Army

Objective:To adapt to the reform of military system, enhance the general making and service quality of nurses employed by army. Methods: Some special methods were accepted in the training of nurses employed by ar-my as quasi-militarizing administration management, responsibility management, setting up technical archives for them, and recording their credit to increase the nursing quality. At the same time, all kinds of professional training were provided for them to improve their making. Results:The rate of content to nursing service has increased obvi-ously. In 78 nurses who have been nominated as the most content nurses by patients, 46 nurses were nurses em-ployed by army. In 53 nurses who have been recommended as excellent teachers by trainees, 50 nurses were nurses employed by army. And 5 nurses employed by army have published 6 articles in different journals. Conclusion:To enhance the administration and training for nurses employed by army will be helpful to keep the stabilization of nursing team and improve nursing quality.
