依那普利联合胺碘酮治疗阵发性心房纤颤的临床观察

目的:观察依那普利联合胺碘酮对阵发性房颤及预防复发的疗效。方法:选择我院2003～2005年70例阵发性心房纤颤患者将随机分为治疗组(依那普利胺碘酮)和对照组(胺碘酮组),对照组应用标准胺碘酮治疗方案,治疗组在此基础加用依那普利,观察两组的治疗和预防效果。结果:随访6个月,两组患者均有良好的治疗依从性,两组比较治疗组效果优于对照组,窦性心律维持率高,房颤复发率低。结论:依那普利具有抑制心房电重构和组织重构,降低心房纤颤复发率及阻止心房纤颤持续的作用,可用于阵发性房颤的治疗与复发的预防。

The clinical observation of Enalapril combined with Amiodarone treating paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

Objective:To observe the effect of Enalapril combined with Amiodarone treating paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:70 paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The first group were treated with Enalapril and Amiodarone,and the second group only with Amiodarone.Follow up 6 months,to observe the effect of two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the sinus rhythm maintenace rate in treatment group is higher,and the recurrence rate in is lower.The effect of treatment group VS control group.Conclusion:Enalapril can inhibit tissue and electronic remodeling of atrial,and can reduce the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation,and prevent persistence of atrial fibrillation.So Enalapril can be used to treat patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and prevent the recurrence.
