| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大学生成就目标定向、完美主义与学业自我妨碍的关系。方法使用成就目标定向问卷、中文Frost多维度完美主义问卷和自我妨碍问卷对537名大学生进行测查。结果成绩接近目标和成绩回避目标对学生的学业自我妨碍有显著的正向预测作用，成绩回避目标比成绩接近目标对学业自我妨碍有更强的预测作用；掌握目标对学生的学业自我妨碍有显著的负向预测作用，学生的完美主义对学业自我妨碍有显著的正向预测作用。结论大学生成就目标定向、完美主义对学业自我妨碍有一定的影响。
