摘    要:目的:探讨梯度回波(GRE)的磁敏感性在颅内出血中的作用。方法:20例颅内出血的患者,常规扫描后,均进行GRE-T2*序列两次扫描(TE不同)。结果:急性期和亚急性早期出血在GRE-T2*WI呈低信号和内低外高信号;亚急性期晚期出血在GRE-T2*WI呈高信号或内高外低信号;慢性期出血在GRE-T2*WI呈低信号或内高外低信号,各期的低信号区均出现磁敏感性增强改变。结论:梯度回波(GRE)的磁敏感性序列对颅内的早期出血灶及慢性期出血较常规序列敏感,而且随TE时间的延长其敏感性越高。

Abstract:Objective To Study of magnetic susceptibility effect of gradient echo in intracranial hemorrhage. Method The 20 cases of intracranial hemorrhage include 15 cases were intraccerebral hematoma, 2 cases were subarachnoid hemorrhage, 2 cases were subdural hemorrhage, 1 cases was epidural hemorrhage; acute stage hemorrhage have 3 cases, subacute stage hemorrhage have 5 cases, chronic stage hemorrhage have 12 cases. All cases will process two times scanning with GRE-T2* sequence (different TE) after routine scan. Results Acute stage hemorrhage and the early subacute stage hemorrhage appeared low signal intensity and low signal in center and high signal in around, the last subacute stage hemorrhage appeared high signal intensity or high signal in center and low signal in around; chronic stage hemorrhage appeared low signal intensity or high signal in center and low signal in around. The low signal area of magnetic susceptibility effect was enhanced at every stage. Conclusion The early intracranial hemorrhage and chronic stage hemorrhage were susceptibile in Magnetic susceptibility sequence than in routine sequence, and high susceptibility follow TE time being prolong.
