针刺配合中国灸穴位贴敷治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

目的：比较针刺配合中国灸穴位贴敷与单纯针刺治疗膝骨关节的临床疗效。方法：将60例符合膝骨关节炎诊断的病员随机分为针刺加中国灸治疗组和单纯针刺对照组，两组均取穴血海、梁丘、犊鼻、膝眼、鹤顶、阳陵泉治疗，治疗组每天加用中国灸穴位贴敷治疗。10次一疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组30例中显效20例，好转8例，无效2例，总有效率为93．3％。对照组30例中显效9例，好转16例，无效5例，总有效率为83．3％。两组有效率有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：针剌配合中国灸穴位贴敷治疗膝骨关节疗效优于单纯针刺。

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Combination of Acupuncture and Acupoint Sticking of Migudan with the "Chinese Moxibustion" on Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

Objective： To compare the effects of acupuncture and acupuncture plus acupoint sticking of Migudan with the ＂Chinese Moxibustion＂ on knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods： Sixty patients with knee osteoartbritis were randomly divided into two groups which was treated with acupuncture （control group, n = 30） or acupuncture plus acupoint sticking of Migudan with the ＂Chinese Moxibustion＂ （treatment group, n = 30）. Xuehai （SP 10）, Liangqiu （ST 34）, Dubi （ST 35）, Xiyan （EX-LE 4）, Heding （EX-LE2） and Yanglingquan （GB 34） points were used in two groups, and acupoint sticking of Migudan with the ＂Chinese Moxibustion＂ was applied in treatment group once a day. One course of treatment included ten times of managements and two course of treatment was applied in this study. Results： There were 20 patients with excellent efficacy in treatment group, 2 patients without efficacy, and the effective rate was 93.3%. There were 9 patients with excellent efficacy in control group, 2 patients with efficacy, 5 patients without efficacy, and the effective rate was 83.3 %. There was significant difference in the effective rate between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus acupoint sticking of Migudan with the ＂Chinese Moxibustion＂ is better than sole acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients.
