浅静脉离心穿刺留置针在神经外科中的应用

摘    要:目的探索浅静脉离心穿刺留置针应用的可行性。方法将50例患者采用自身对照法,选择血管为左右手背浅静脉。观察组采用浅静脉离心穿刺留置针,对照组采用回心穿刺留置针,比较两组浅静脉留置穿刺针对手活动影响、留置针稳定性、平均最大输液流速、两组置管时间、一次穿刺成功率。结果同对照组比较,观察组浅静脉留置穿刺针对手活动影响小、留置针稳定性高、平均最大输液流速快、置管时间长、一次穿刺成功率高。结论浅静脉离心穿刺留置针是一种可行的、有效的穿刺方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of clinical application of puncturing the superficial vein and detain the trochar in superficial vein with the direction away from heart. Methods 52 patients(18 to 76 years old) were selected as control group and observation group (own control method), the patients in control group underwent the method of puncturing the superficial vein and detain the trochar in superficial vein with the direction toward heart, the patients in observation group underwent the method of puncturing the superficial vein and detain the trochar in superficial vein with the direction away from heart. The success rate of puncturing in first time, average maximum flow rate, stability of detained transfixion pin, the longest detaining period were compared in the two groups. Results The success rate of puncturing in first time in observation group was significant more than control group, the average maximum flow rate was more faster than control group, the stability of detained transfixion pin were significant better than control group, and the longest detaining period was longer than control group. Conclusion To puncture and detain the trochar in superficial vein with the direction away from heart was one kind of feasible and effective method .
