摘 要: | 目的建立工作场所空气中甲醇和正己烷的溶剂解吸气相色谱法。方法甲醇经水、正己烷经二硫化碳解析后进样,经GDX-102玻璃柱和DB-5毛细管柱恒温分离,由FID检测。结果甲醇和正己烷分别在浓度范围为15.788 5μg/ml和65.5 705μg/ml~524.564μg/ml内线性关系良好,相关系数r分别为0.9 999和0.9 997,检出限分别为2.0μg/ml和0.15μg/ml,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%。结论该方法适用于工作场所空气中甲醇和正己烷的检测。

Determination of Methanol and N-hexane in Workplace Air by Solvent Desorption Gas Chromatography Method |

Abstract: | Objective To establish solvent desorption gas chromatography method to determine the methanol and n- hexane in workplace air. Methods After being respectively desorbed with water and n- hexane with carbon disulfide,the methanol and n- hexane were then isolated separately through GDX- 102 glass column and DB- 5 capillary column at constant temperature,and were finally detected by flame ionization detector. Results The optimum determination linear range of concentration for methanol and n- hexane were respectively 15. 7885μg/ml-236. 827 μg/ml and 65. 5705 μg/ml-524. 564 μg/ml and the linear correlation coefficients were respectively 0. 9999 and 0. 9997. The detection limits were respectively 2. 0 μg /ml and 0. 15 μg /ml and the relative standard deviation(RSD) were both less than 5%. Conclusion The method is suitable for the detection of methanol and alcohols in the air of workplace. |
