摘    要:目的:了解呼吸科送检标本中分离的非发酵革兰阴性杆菌的分布及耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对呼吸科2011-2012年送检标本培养分离的567株常见非发酵革兰阴性杆菌,采用WalkAway240全自动细菌鉴定及药敏测试仪以及NC31鉴定板进行分析。结果:非发酵革兰阴性杆菌主要来源于痰液,主要为铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌与嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌,其检出率分别为51.9%、36.7%、8.8%,从总的耐药情况显示,非发酵革兰阴性杆菌(除嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌外)对亚胺培南耐药率最低。结论:呼吸科患者感染非发酵革兰阴性杆菌耐药严重,临床要定期进行细菌耐药监测,合理使用抗菌药物。

Drug Resistance Analysis of Non-fermentation Gram Negative Bacilli Infected in Patients with Respiratory Disease

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of non-fermentation Gram negative bacilli isolated from clinical samples so as to provide evidence for clinical rational administration. Methods From 2011 to 2012,total 567 strains of non-fermentation Gram negative bacilli were isolated and cultured,and which was identified and analyzed by WalkAway240 automatic bacteria identification and drug susceptibility test instrument and NC31 identification plate. Results Non-fermentation Gram negative bacilli was mainly isolated from sputum,mostly were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia,and their detective rate was 51. 9%,36. 7% and 8. 8%,respectively.The results of drug resistance demonstrated that the resistant rate of all the non-fermentation Gram negative bacilli to imipenem was the lowest except Stenotrophomonas maltophilia. Conclusion Drug resistance was serious in patients infected with non-fermentation Gram negative bacilli,which suggested that clinicians should pay more attention to the rational use of antimicrobial drugs,and monitoring of bacterial resistance should be regularly performed in clinic.
