摘    要:目的为了解10年来福建省永定县治理"餐桌污染"、建设食品放心工程的成效,探索建立更加有效的食品污染监管措施,保障食品安全。方法 2012年采集各类市售食品及饮水样品,按照各类食品的相应国家食品卫生标准和《农药安全使用规定》评价卫生质量。结果抽样11类81份样品,检测结果超标样品14份,超标率17.3%;蔬菜和茶叶中检测出4种类型的农药残留,国家禁用的农药未检出;市政供水末梢水、桶装矿泉水、熟肉制品微生物检出率分别为50%、25%和50%。结论 2012年永定县大部分食品污染物的含量在国家标准范围内,但是农产品有农药残留检出,部分饮用水和食品中检出微生物。

Sanitary Inspection of Foodstuff and Drinking Water in Yongding County in 2012

Abstract:Objective To investigate the control effectiveness of"dining table pollution",and to explore more efficient surveillance measures. Methods A variety of market foods and water samples were detected in Yongding county in 2012 and evaluated according to the National Regulations for Safe Use of Agricultural Pesticides. Results Of the 81 samples in 11 sorts foods and water,14 samples exceeded the national standards,with a rate of17. 3%. Four kinds of pesticide were detected in vegetables and tea,yet with no forbidden pesticide detected.The detection rates of microorganism in municipal supply tap water,barreled mineral water and processed meats were respectively 50%,25% and 50%. Conclusion The content of food contamination is qualified with national standards for the most foodstuffs in Yongding,yet pesticide were detected in some farm products and microorganism were detected in part of the foods and drinking water.
