人工气道病人非语言沟通方式的研究进展

综述护士与人工气道病人进行传统的非语言沟通、改进的非语言沟通和综合的非语言沟通临床应用进展；对非语言沟通方式的合理选用，可从不同的侧面起到减轻人工气道病人孤独、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧。建议：根据病人病情的严重程度、文化程度、经济状况等因素全面思考病人的利益，尽量运用低成本、高效益的个性化非语言沟通方式，以体现护理学科的独特价值。

Research progress on non verbal communication of artificial airway patients

It reviewed the progress on clinical application of nonverbal com-munication which includes traditional nonverbal communication,modified nonverbal communication and comprehensive nonverbal communication be-tween nurses and patients with artificial airway.Reasonable choice of nonver-bal communication method can help patients to reduce their loneliness,anxie-ty,depression and fear from different sides.It suggested that medical practi-tioners should take a full consideration of patients’benefit according to the severity of the disease,cultural degree,economic conditions and other fac-tors,find personalized nonverbal communication way with low cost and high effect as soon as possible,so as to reflect the unique value of nursing science.
