| 摘 要： | RevMan 5软件实现诊断准确性试验的Meta分析时,需要借助SAS软件来实现分层受试者工作特征(HSROC)曲线的绘制。此功能由SAS软件中的"METADAS"完成。本文介绍如何使用"METADAS"宏在RevMan 5软件中绘制HSROC曲线,并比较"METADAS"宏与RevMan的计算结果。

| Abstract: | When performing meta-analysis of diagnostic accuracy studies using RevMan 5 software,the SAS software was needed to help draw hierarchical summary receiver operating characteristic（ HSROC） curve. The ＂ METADAS＂ macro of SAS can implement meta-analysis of diagnostic accuracy studies and has a function of fitting HSROC model. In this article,we introduced how to finish the HSROC curve in RevMan 5 combined with ＂ METADAS＂ macro and compared their computed results. |
