中国大陆地区黄鳝寄生虫及人体致病研究现状

摘    要:综述目前国内关于黄鳝感染寄生虫的相关报道,我国水资源和水产丰富的南方和中原地区感染率较高,且感染寄生虫有种类差异。江苏、四川的感染率最高,其中江苏蟮锥体虫感染率86.00%,隐藏新棘虫感染率97.00%。四川隐藏新棘虫感染率57.40%,胃瘤线虫感染率41.20%。黄鳝感染寄生虫的情况在我国大陆四川、江苏等地区较为多见。四川地区黄鳝主要被隐藏新棘虫、胃瘤线虫、锯缘叶形吸虫等感染;而江苏地区黄鳝感染寄生虫的种类多、感染率高、感染强度高,种类主要有隐藏新棘虫、蟮锥体虫、毛细线虫等,颚口线虫等黄鳝寄生虫可以对人体致病。加强人群健康教育工作,逐步改变人群生食与半生食动物肉的不良饮食习惯,杜绝病从口入的感染途径,改善黄鳝养殖卫生环境是防治的根本措施与最终目的。

Parasites in Rice Field Eels in Mainland China and Related Human Infectious

Abstract:Objective This study summarized reports on rice field eels which infected by parasites in mainland China. Places with higher infection rates were located in the southern and central of China,where aquatic products and water resources were abundant. Jiangsu and Sichuan province were of the highest infection rate areas.In Jiangsu,the infection rate of Trypanosome in rice eels was 86. 00% and even up to 97. 00% for Neosentis celatus. In Sichuan,the infection rate of Neosentis celatus in rice field eels was 57. 40%,and for Eustrongylides,41. 20%. Eels in Sichuan province were mainly infected by Neosentis celatus,Eustrongylides sp.,Phyllodis-tomum,etc. As for eel parasites in Jiangsu province,they include a large number of species and have a high infection rate as well as infection intensity,mainly including Neosentis celatus,Trypanosome,Hairworm,etc. Gnathostoma can even cause diseases to human body. To prevent these diseases,effective measures should include changing the unhealthy diet habit of eating raw or uncooked animal meat,avoiding diseases enters by the mouth; and improving the sanitary conditions of rice field eel production.
