| 摘 要： | 目的探讨牛心脏传导系大体标本显示的方法和技巧。方法在解冻的24例新鲜黄牛心内膜下,利用墨汁灌注方法显示牛心传导系左、右束支及其Purkinje纤维网。结果牛心传导系左、右束支及其Purkinje纤维网显示清晰、色泽保存持久。结论墨汁灌注技术为心脏传导系形态学研究提供一种有效的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the method and skill displayed in cardiac conduction system of gross specimens.Methods The Chinese ink was perfused into sub-endocardium of 24 fresh bovine to display the cardiac conduction system's bundle branches and it's Purkinje fiber networks.Results The bovine cardiac conduction system's bundle branches and its Purkinje fiber networks were clearly displayed,and the luster was preserved for a long time.Conclusion The technique perfused the Chinese ink into the cardiac conduction system provides an effective method to study the cardiac conduction system. |
