| 摘 要： | 结合我国医院护理工作实际,根据护理管理工作需要,论述了护士长与科主任之间的关系。指出,护士长应从科主任身后走出来,主动担负起护理管理工作职责,护理管理人员也应努力提高自己的学术及管理水平,成为护理领域的学科带头人和有效的管理者。
