过短种植单冠的临床修复

目的探讨验龈距离过低时，增强种植单冠固位力的方法。方法收集因种植单冠牙合]龈高度过短致冠松动脱落的患者20例，BLB系统2例，XIVE系统18例，采用增加基台牙合]面固位沟、利用基台内空腔固位、重新选择或调磨基台使肩台位于龈下和改用水平螺丝固位修复体等措施重新制作种植单冠。1年后评价修复效果。结果重新制作的20例种植单冠均获得良好固位，元松动脱落。结论增加基台牙合]面固位沟、利用基台内空腔固位、重新选择或调磨基台使肩台位于龈下和改用水平螺丝固位的改良措施能够增强过短种植单冠的固位力。

Clinical Restoration of Implant-supported Single Crown with Low Occluso-gingival Height
