仙灵骨葆胶囊联合密固达治疗绝经后骨质疏松症26例临床观察

目的：探讨仙灵骨葆胶囊联合密固达治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法：选择符合临床观察要求病例26例，口服仙灵骨葆胶囊、静脉滴注密固达，同时配合口服钙制剂治疗。观察治疗后6个月、12个月的腰背部疼痛、骨密度改善情况及药物不良反应情况。结果：参照视觉模拟量表法，治疗后6个月、12个月，腰背部疼痛症状明显缓解；与治疗前比较具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。治疗6个月骨密度有所增加，但与治疗前比较没有显著性差异（P＞0.05）；治疗12个月后患者骨密度值明显增加，与治疗前比较有显著性差异（P<0.01）。结论：应用仙灵骨葆胶囊联合密固达治疗绝经后骨质疏松症，可以取得满意的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation of 26 Cases of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Treated with Xianlinggubao Capsule and Aclasta

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of postmenopausal osteoporosis with the Xianlinggubao capsule and Aclasta. Methods: 26 cases were treated with oral Xianlinggubao capsule and intravenous infusion of Aclasta. Degree of pain, BMD and drug reactions were observed after 6 and12 months’ treatment. Result According to VAS, the pain on back were relieved after 6 and 12 months’ treatment. There was a significant difference compared with that of prior treatment (P<0.05). BMD increased after 6 months’ treatment, which was no significant difference compared with that of prior treatment (P>0.05). BMD increased significantly after 12 months’ treatment. There was significant difference compared with that of prior treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with Xianlinggubao capsule and Aclasta can achieve a satisfactory clinical outcome.
