| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定复方土牛膝咽喉合剂中12，13-二羟基泽兰素含量的方法，为复方土牛膝咽喉合剂的质量控制提供依据。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱（250mm×4.6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱，流速为1mL·min-1，检测波长为240nm，柱温为30℃。结果：12，13-二羟基泽兰素含量测定的线性范围0.00414～0.02484mg· mL-1，r2=0.9945，平均加样回收率为95.87%，RSD为2.60%。结论：建立测定复方土牛膝咽喉合剂中12，13-二羟基泽兰素含量的高效液相色谱法，该方法准确、可靠，可用于复方土牛膝咽喉合剂的质量评价。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the content determination of 12, 13-dihydroxyeuparin in Complex Radix Eupatorii Chinensis Mixture by HPLC.Methods HPLC was developed to determine 12, 13-dihydroxyeuparin with UV absorptions at 240nm. The analysis was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)with a gradient solvent system of acetonitrile and 0.1%aqueous phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1. Results There was a good linear relationship (r2=0.9945)in the range of 0.00414~0.02484mg·mL-1. The mean recovery was 95.87%, RSD was 2.60%(n=6). Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Complex Radix Eupatorii Chinensis Mixture. |
