Systematic Meta-analysis of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Post-stroke Aphasia

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of post stroke aphasia(PSA)and the improvement of language function by Meta-analysis.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Chinese medicine in the treatment of PSA from PubMed,Cochrane,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database from the establishment of the database to August 2019 were searched,and the clinical efficacy and language function of PSA were observed.The two researchers independently screened,extracted literature and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies.Data analysis was performed using Rev Man5.3 software.Results:16 eligible RCTs and 1167 PSA patients were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the clinical effective rate of PSA in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group in terms of aphasia index,understanding,retelling,naming,self speaking and speaking(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of language function reading and nerve function defect(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of PSA patients is good,which can improve the language symptoms and has good safety.
